Refund Policy

Purchased items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package. (Or additional days by agreement via email). The returned item cannot be damaged or used and must have the original label and receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded, even in the case of a return procedure openedfor a full refund requested for an order that had free shipping, the refund will be partial, excluding out-of-pocket shipping costs. If the purchase to be refunded was paid using PayPal, it will be refunded through PayPal, if the item was paid cash on delivery, it will be refunded by bank transfer; the shipping costs and those of the cash on delivery service will not be refunded. If you want to exchange an item foranother size, please carefully specify the chosen size. The exchanged item will be shipped at the expense of the buyer. All personalized items cannot be returned.
